Sunday, February 4, 2024 - This is an excellent blanc de noirs from Marguet. Deep color with just a bit of a pink note at the edge. Nose brings together blood orange, strawberry, grain and some herbal notes. Very focused acidity on the palate and nice fresh apple and orange notes, almost like tart cantaloupe. Great fresh notes in the finish with nuts and brioche. Great development ahead for this.
