Sunday, October 31, 2021 - Comprised of 100% Sauvignon Blanc, this translucent yellow/green wine serves up an aromatic package of quince, white peaches, mango, chamomile and wet stones. Light-bodied, vibrantly acidic, seamlessly alcoholic (14.4%) and with a complementary dollop of oak, it delivers flavors in line with the aromas and stays solid on the mid-palate. Finishing long and crisp, this is a delightful white that can be served as an apéritif or paired with light fare. Enjoy it over the next 2-3 years. Drink now-2024.
