Sunday, May 14, 2006 - A lovely BdB. Amazingly young and pure chardonnay flavor. Citrusy like a Chablis. Not tight but fairly narrow in focus. I expected a bit more brioche or leesy yeast. The only sign of its age is that the acidity is nicely integrated rather than green and spikey. Would be a nice complement to oysters or asparagus.
