Tuesday, June 13, 2023 - Samples from Bill #7: Blind. Mineral/steely nose with smoky notes along with lime and yellow florals. Palate is rich and full but the fruit has depth with lovely texture to it. Impressive how it's drives into very good length even with the richness.
