Saturday, October 1, 2022 - Opened this wine way too soon. It came to life after a good shake and a lot of swirling.
The nose is gentle and hides the power of the rock which will hit the palate hard. I just picked up pear and quince and then a bowl of dried herbs, predominantly thyme, dominated. The acid is just right. Ultra dry. It will become really good. I know that it is a grüner - but with this wine you need to wait - probably another five years.
