This Syrah is the black hole in the jam berry universe! Rich and oozing dark wild berry, blackberry, boysenberry fruit.....kicked up with white and black pepper spice, dried Bing cherries, charcoal dust, dark chocolate mocha niblets. Big and plush.....kirsch liqueur, no burn, yet big with spice and acidity kick. Again, well balanced. Also shows some smoked bacon on cinnamon waffles drizzled with raspberry syrup.....shit-you-not!! Just doesn't get much better than this!
