Monday, June 13, 2011 - Sooo good. Enjoyed with ribs. Distinct pepper note. Concentrated blueberries and cherries but with such balance and grace like I have never tasted. It was like a peppered steak with blueberry reduction sauce in a glass. Opened for 3 hours before serving. My first one of these. Might be looking for more.
