Saturday, October 23, 2010 - Sine Qua Non Dinner: the Younger Wines (Custom House Tavern - Chicago IL): Sensational aromatics of black fruit, spice and a good floral contribution (amazing how far 2% Viognier can go!). Black cherry, blackberry flavors with licorice, pepper and sweet oak spices. More pepper comes through on long, balanced finish.
