Monday, November 21, 2011 - Poured to me blind. I called it Syrah and subsequently Sqn. Awesome nose of coffee, rocks, beef and very dark fruits. Thought it might be northern Rhone for a minute but went back to Sqn. The palate is nothing short of awesome. Game, black berries, herbs, and chocolate. The palate is still a little tight after three hours in the decanter but what a wine! (252 views)
