Wednesday, July 3, 2013 - Focused. A singular wine with lot's of plurality. This was the best food wine my wife and I have had this year. Campfire with pine forest. Palate was evolvling overtime with each drink. Finish was almost to the point that you could not get rid of it but in a good way. I never thought this would be a great food wine. Wow.
