Saturday, May 16, 2020 - Decanted for 30 minutes. Nose of blackberry, plum, vanilla and spice. Ripe black fruit, smoked meat, coffee and spice on the palate. Dense and layered, waves of flavor with a very long finish. Full bodied. A massive wine. Wow! Served with grilled Waygu ribeye steaks.
