Friday, December 3, 2021 - Wow. I am a sucker for unusual varietals and limited bottlings so I was immediately interested in this. I have been negligent however as I got this in June and bottle says ready for immediate consumption. So today is the day! This blows me away. Not a 100 point wine but drinking great this time of year; fresh , light , fun, comfortable as it’s not an intellectual giant——- but it makes you think: wine can be good very early, does not need years of age or prestigious heritage. Just a clean easy drinking wine. Stained glass purple on edges, darker in core. Some sour cherry, rhubarberry This fine solo and good with my veggie stir fry. I am very impressed with how simplicity trumps complexity on this.
