Sunday, December 24, 2023 - One of the most brittle corks I’ve seen. After miraculously extracting it, it literally crumbled. Being unfamiliar with this wine, I can’t say if this had an impact. I liked the energetic fruit but clearly this was on the far back side of its slope. The acid was significantly out of balance. Impressive with food.
