Wednesday, April 10, 2024 - Almost shocked at how well this has aged. Given region and my previous tasting note I wasn’t hopeful but this is quite good. Still a nice juicy fruit core but a lot more mineral and fresh herb than last bottle three years ago. Still plenty of acid and an off dry palate that’s tasty on its own but also enough sugar to offset some spice or sweetness in food (we had it with sweet potatoes and spiced tofu with chermoula).
