Sunday, January 29, 2023 - Decanted 1.5 Hours & would have done well to decant longer for as dinner went on the wine complexity & profile changed from soft tightness to mellow balance. Initial pour provides full cherry nose w/nicely balanced legs. On the palate nice soft leather, full ripe plums & soft cherries. Nice finish.
