Sunday, July 15, 2018 - Coravined half, opened the next night but not drunk. Refrigerated. Consumed the following evening. I seldom like wines the second day. This held up surprisingly well. Tannins melted and remaining flavors didn't seem too muted. It might bode well for mid-term cellaring.
