Monday, November 11, 2019 - Wonderful fruit - bing cherries, dark red fruit, some mineral notes and a whiff of bottle rocket smoke! Full bodied and easy to drink - could hold up to substantial beef, chicken and Italian red sauce dishes. Medium finish with fruit to the end. Enough tannin for a couple more years but drinking so well now!
