Wednesday, January 31, 2024 - Probably my favorite of the wines I receive from my Ridge Zin wine club. 79% Zin, 11% Petite Sirah, 10%Carignane. A little on the young side but really improved after 2+ hours open in the bottle. Very smooth and with rich, mouth filling flavors. Dark fruit, some vanilla, raspberry, black cherry, licorice. I need to decant my Ridge wines!
