Saturday, September 24, 2022 - Purely Russian river in a form true to California.
The nose is filled with ripe red fruit, strawberry, cherry, and cranberry, with a touch of sweet vanilla.
In the mouth this is med+ body, med+ acidity, and low tannin. There is a freshness, almost a bite to the acidity, that could use some refinement.
All in all, this is good if you are in the mood for a well made CA Pinot.
