Sunday, March 27, 2022 - As usual, a terrific delicious, dry, spicy, and well crafted wine. The flagship wine of this San Luis Obispo winery.

Just had a second bottle with a dinner of petrale sole with bell peppers, onions, sliced potatoes, kalamata olives, and spices. The excellence of this wine really shows when combined with food that will overwhelm most white wines.
