Thursday, June 3, 2021 - Though this is probably the most expensive Rose I've purchased, it did live up to the Realm name. Crisp, but with body. Strawberry and watermelon come to mind, some light florals. Very enjoyable as it came up from cellar temperature (54 degrees). I did try one bottle in the fridge for an hour, and while refreshing, I think serving/drinking at cellar temperature allows all the flavors to come out. For me, it's a like a cross between a Bedrock Rose, and Domaine Tempier. If they release this again, I'll be buying.
