Tuesday, March 23, 2021 - Colors are amber yellow to newer copper penny. The liquid is clear bright and completely translucent. Smells of salted corn, caramel, floral perfume. Tastes are sweet caramel, brown sugar, and a sour citrus zest mixed with a little spice. There is a slight medicinal note on the finish. Not a rich Bourbon but soft and elegant. Delicous and mellow sipper!
