Tuesday, December 6, 2022 - What can I say…these guys at Force Majure can make some darn good wine! Love this one. It is full of lush, succulent dark and mouthfilling fruits and smoke and pepper. Lovely depth to the aromas and flavors with wonderful tannins and a medium to long finish It is consistent with other Parabellum vintages I’ve tasted. Each of them has been such a pleasure to drink. You’ll love this one - young, but delivers a flavor profile of an older bottle. Drink now or hold and see how much better it can get.
