Wednesday, January 17, 2024 - Secondary scents poking through with some yogurt on the nose, deep flavors of rich red and purple flowers. The color is a rich aristocratic purple velvet, a really soft and luscious feel it starts with rich fruits and finishes as if a vaporized bouquet of flowers (with some white, red, and pink scattered in there) freshens up your breath. Effervescent as it opened up in the glass over about two hours. The smells were potent but somehow still drew you in to breathe deeply, I'm left with feelings of a delicate perfume left on the collar of my shirt. Really soft tannins with the slightest dryness. A clean finish that lasts and lasts.

Relatively new to this, which makes me try not to rate things too high.
