Thursday, June 6, 2019 - Absolutely amazing for 41 years old. We decanted through a vinturi and let sit for an hour while the group drank some Chablis. Dark fruit on the nose. The palate was dark berries, tobacco, dried leaves and hint of dried thyme. The finish was moderate to long. Served with our first course of pan seared sliced duck breast.
