Tuesday, December 18, 2012 - WSET Level 2 Class 9 (BCIT Downtown Campus, Vancouver, BC): Tasted non-blind. Clear deep gold-amber. Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, aromas of dried apricot, golden raisin, candied orange rind, vanilla, spice, a touch floral. Palate is dry, medium- acid, medium+ body, with viscous texture, flavours of dried apricot, woodsy spice, vanilla. Finish is medium+. Good quality cognac.
