Friday, September 19, 2008 - Casual Tasting of Big Reds (My Place): Purple color. Wow, killer aromatics. Full throttle nose of delicious dark fruit, mocha, vanilla and spice. Palate is richly fruited. Layers of sweet dark cherries and toast. Very fresh with lively acidity carrying the rich fruit. Long, toasty, delicious finish. Spectacular.
