Sunday, May 30, 2021 - Really nicely balanced effort by Mondavi. 13.5% and Carneros fruit , definitely has that Sonoma/Napa style (vs Oregon for example). Not much experience with Mondavi Pinots but I did choose this one carefully , looking for a more old world expression amongst their offerings. Fun to try. This feels pretty good both aromatically and on the palate, lighter medium bodied, varietal-correct.
