Thursday, November 18, 2021 - Pale lemon in colour with significant petulance on the glass.
Lovely aromas of citrus, green fruit, very faint buttery oak & an underlying tropical note.
On the palate, medium to full bodied citrus/lemon, green fruit/green apple, biscuit, slightly buttery oak in the background, creamy mouthfeel & high acidity with a definite spice note. The finish is long to salinity & chalky minerality.
This wine is crisp, balanced, complex & well crafted.
