Wednesday, February 28, 2024 - Notes of sage, crushed stones, lavender, dried flowers — crushed stones sort of lead the way with the other notes on the edges. Palate is pretty bright with ripe strawberry, incense, finishes with some more preserved red fruit — not overcooked though. Texturally definitely in a drink now style, soft tannins and not a ton of structure overall, but it’s good with clear CdP notes and a nice balance to it.
