Saturday, May 10, 2008 - A fantastic wine. Drank it this evening with Miso black cod and a kind of japanese risotto. Varying flavors, with plenty of acidity and fruit, even after 13 years. Probably not a lot of life left, but still fantastic now. As stated previously for this wine, unlike Silex in every conceivable way. Go DD!
