Wednesday, January 4, 2023 - Accessed from a Coravin. Most definitely improves with some air. Dried cherries, hint of vanilla at the end, short finish. I am not a big Priorat drinker but this would be a fairly mellow version to my experience, which I find more pleasant and approachable. Mouthfilling and a very good value. Doubt that it would cellar much and doesn’t need to.
