Tuesday, June 15, 2021 - Interested to try this, all the cool kids in town seem to like it this producer who is new to me. This was listed as a rose, but was only just slightly pink, a blend of 50% Cabernet and 50% Semillon co-fermented, aged in 400l barrels. Quite round and supple fruited, slightly curious but enjoyable, had some heft but a nice mix of citrus and light berry notes, a little hazy for the last glasses, quite 'vivant' and interesting.
