Sunday, May 5, 2019 - A delicious bottle with the refinement that marks the Tempier Domaine. Tannins still evident, even after a thorough decant and an hour in a decanter. Color still ruby, suggesting this wine has significant evolution in front of it. Delicious bouquet of herbs and small red fruit, but not yet the distinct tertiary aromas that come with a fully aged Bandol. I would guess this wine would be better in 5-10 years.
