Tuesday, November 7, 2023 - Decanted for 30 min, primary fruit and spices. Not much to add, as I am using it as a weekday wine. Will try to leave my two left bottles for good few years. I could say there were some bottle variations so far. Last night, here we had some funky notes at opening but faded with air.
