Sunday, February 25, 2024 - Delicious Cabernet - decanted for a couple hours and the aroma was still tight. It opened beautifully over a few hours with discrete scents of red fruits and earthy aromas. The taste evolved through the night. I picked up hints of strawberry, cherry, blueberry- a wonderful mix of red and dark fruits. The alcohol is just North of 15%, but it doesn’t overwhelm the taste. This wine has aged very well. Highly recommend.
