Friday, October 8, 2021 - To the nose, white and yellow peach with white flower. On the palate, peach (white & yellow) with slight apricot. Slight allspice touch especially at the end. Medium mouthfeel and medium length. Slightly more salinity and less crispness than I recall from prior vintages - probably at prime for this vintage. Drank as after-dinner drink. Drink now.
