Monday, November 14, 2022 - Granted, I’m not very familiar with Bordeaux SB, but this is nothing like mainstream New Zealand and California wines. If you’re looking for citrus or grassy aromas and flavors you won’t find them here. Still, I found it pleasant enough with fruit and the influence of barrel aging. Perhaps I did miss a touch more acidity.
