Tuesday, April 23, 2024 - In some ways a by-the-books Northern Rhone Syrah. Dark cherry notes with smoked plum, black olive, mint, and a long, forest-floor finish, with a tannin structure that’s very much present but by no means overwhelming. We split a bottle of this with a rack of lamb and some beef tartare, nailed it.
