Saturday, April 20, 2024 - Very nicely structured Chablis. Hits all the elements one would expect from a grand cru, citrus fruit, highly toned minerals, crushed seashell, touches of salty smoke. Medium body with some velvet undertones. Very young and perhaps a bit closed down, but with time showing complexity.
