Wednesday, September 14, 2022 - Very balanced blend, soft in tannins and with strong red and black fruit aromas, mainly cherry and blackberry. Subtle aromas from the barrel, that come to the nose as leather, and mild peppery flavor. Excellent to drink now, I would cellar only for 1-2 more years.
