Thursday, March 7, 2024 - 55% Merlot, 35% Syrah and 10% Sangiovese. Aged 18 months in oak and then several months in bottle.

Decanted 30m but should of done two hours, as the wine kept evolving in the glass.

Raspberry, graphite, bakers chocolate, oak, plum, herbaceous, cherry.

Honestly wish I would of left this a year or two more in the cellar.
