In the mouth the ripe plums still prevail, some good pepper and liquorice, crispy, unfortunately the alcohol isn´t integrated at all and you can feel all the 16% right now, good earthy/mineral notes, tannins are definitely too strong yet and the end is a little bit bitter; in general it is rather strong than precise. Long finish with notes of ripe plums and herbs
