Wednesday, July 26, 2023 - Served blind. This one tricked everyone, as it didn't come off as stereotypical Riesling. Hint of RS, reductiveness to the nose, lean fruit on the palate, great length and med body led people to everywhere but Riesling (incl. Chenin/Sauv Blanc/White Burg).

Very well made and tasty, aromas of yellow orchard fruit, pear, golden apples, slight muscat, honeysuckle and blossom, and a slight lean grassiness. Opened up with time, this can go further as it has the acidity and fruit intensity for ageing.
