Friday, August 11, 2023 - A very nice Chasselas from the Neuchatel region. Much lighter than the Chasselas wines I've usually had from the Lake Geneva region with only 11.2% alc. But still with enough presence on the palate to make it tasty. Hint of age in there but still a pleasant acidity to keep it lively.
