Saturday, January 13, 2024 - Creamy, fruity, yeasty aroma. Sweet ripe fruit flavor with notes of apple, lemon, strawberry and brioche. Very effervescent. Reasonably well balanced. Goes down easy, but not super complex.

This has definitely entered the drinking window.
