Friday, January 26, 2024 - Pretty boozy first impression. Medium intensity on the nose, with ripe red and black (blackberries?) fruit. Pretty good tannic structure - not overbearing but keeping things on the straight and narrow. Little bit of black fruit sweetness - pretty sumptuous, though with enough of a core of acidity. I'm surprised that I like this so much!
