Monday, April 1, 2024 - A tall & sleek bottle, classy minimalist front label & an embossed ‘S’ on the neck – hello beautiful.

Nose delivers nectarines, grass & minerality…like ‘licking a stone’ as Biggie says. 😊

Bright palate – very uplifting – with lemon/lime, yellow bell pepper & spearmint? Tremendous acidity to keep things perky. Finish transports orange zest & mint again – but it is crazy long! (…that’s what she said)

Bring this a party if you want to make friends.
