Saturday, September 26, 2020 - PnP a small sip. Very good and ready to go. Lovely notes of umami roasted pepper, dark fruits. Decanted in wide bottom decanter for about 6 hours. Still going strong. Maybe slightly disjointed near the end of the evening, but generally a lovely wine that went well with a beef roast and duck fat potatoes. I do think these wines will last a while. So going to save my two remaining bottles for maybe 3 and 5 years hence.
