Sunday, March 13, 2022 - Translucent ruby. Loverly scent of bergamot as in Earl Grey tea. Also some nice baking spices along with red 🍒. More acidic than tannic. I think it’s light+ in body which is odd, considering it’s 15% abv! The tartness gives it a long- finish. If I had more, I think of a shorter term for aging potential, but alas and alack, ‘‘twas my only bottle. Coravined into a Riedel WineWings Neb/PN glass.
